Patient Communication, Suggestions and Complaints
We welcome feedback on the services we provide. Always you may wish to speak to a member of staff or our hospital Manager.
Our aim is to offer the highest quality of service. However, we recognise that at times things may not always go according to plan. If you have any worries or complaints about the service that you have received from the hospital, we will be pleased to discuss the matter with you.
If you feel you cannot approach your doctor, please ask to speak with one of the other partners or the Manager.
We would like to work with you to resolve issues raised.
